- Appointment of Vice President - On July 27, 2015, 21st Century Fox announced the appointment of Kristopher Jones, to serve as Vice President, Government Relations. The Company informed that Jones will report directly to Mike Regan, the Company's Executive Vice President of Government Relations. In this role, Jones will continue to focus his advocacy efforts on issues impacting the Company's television businesses, including retransmission consent, satellite television laws, and spectrum-related legislation. He recently added to his responsibilities the role of Treasurer of the Company's political action committee, FOXPAC, and assumed responsibility for the company's international trade policy portfolio.
- New Senior Vice President - In a prior release dated July 20, 2015, 21st Century Fox announced that Jared Sher has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of the Company. The Company informed that Sher is based at the Company's Washington, DC, office and reports to Ellen Agress, its Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. In the role, he is primarily responsible for advising 21st Century Fox on domestic media regulatory issues and representing its portfolio companies before the FCC.
- Chairman and CEO Multi-Year Contract - In another release dated June 25, 2015, the Company announced that Roger Ailes has signed a new multi-year contract with the Company to continue to serve as Chairman and CEO of Fox News and Fox Business Network, and Chairman of Fox Television Stations. The Company informed that Ailes will jointly report to Rupert Murdoch, 21st Century Fox's Executive Co-Chairman and Lachlan and James Murdoch, the Company's designated Executive Co-Chairman and CEO, respectively. Commenting on the multi-year contract signed by Roger Ailes, Lachlan and James Murdoch, said, "Roger is an incredibly talented executive and we're pleased he has accepted our offer to continue his extraordinary record of success at 21st Century Fox. We look forward to witnessing his energy and entrepreneurial drive in leading the next wave of growth for Fox News, Fox Business Network and Fox Television Stations, as well as many years of continued success together."
