Chateau Montelena Winery Installs Premier Chargers For Electronic Vehicles

CALISTOGA, Calif., Nov. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Chateau Montelena, the historic Napa Valley winery is now the first winery in the USA to install a Blink DC Fast Charger, the latest in charging technology for electronic vehicles (EV). Billed as the fastest EV charger on the market, the Blink DC Fast Charger charges most EV batteries completely in less than one hour allowing winery visitors to return home safely without having to make frequent stops along the way.

Also available to EV guests of the winery, the Blink DC Fast Charger joins a "Level 2" charger that is universally compatible with all EV's. Chateau Montelena acknowledges these chargers are major incentives for EV travelers visiting wine country previously discouraged to make the trip.
