ChemOutsourcing Announces the 62 Exhibitors to Present API & New Chemical Technologies at September 12-15, 2011 Show in NJ
LONG BRANCH, N.J., Aug. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ChemOutsourcing today announced the exhibitors that will give capability presentations at the 2011 show next month. The 62 CMO's, CRO's, and other chemical services companies are slated to give 10 minute technology talks on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 13. The presentations will then be followed by the Beach Party, announced Mark Alexay, President of the show.
This year's record breaking attendance show will take place September 12-15, 2011 at Ocean Place Resort in Long Branch, NJ.
Alexay indicated that "Local companies like Bristol-Myers Squibb and Pfizer attend the show in significant numbers and the presentations are an effective, convenient way to for them to quickly profile a lot of suppliers. Many smaller pharmaceutical companies attend, too, and the intense focus on chemical technologies for the development of novel, small molecule therapeutics makes it an attractive venue."
The schedule of 62 presenting companies is found on the ChemOutsourcing website http://www.chemoutsourcing.com/ecp.php
"The presenting companies are diverse because the supply chain supporting the custom synthesis of pre-clinical and early stage clinical compounds is high stakes and very competitive. This year there are chemistry services companies presenting from the United States, Germany, UK, India, Switzerland, France, Spain, China, Belgium, The Netherlands and Canada.
"We'll hear from CMO's and CRO's presenting their recent advances in API manufacturing, building blocks, intermediates, materials science, process scale up, medicinal chemistry, analytical development, drug discovery, equipment, and other custom chemistry services."
The full list of 110 exhibitors and 800 attendees may be found at www.chemoutsourcing.com
Alexay continued, "ChemOutsourcing started out as an API show in 2007. Since then the show has evolved to include the related areas that feed into drug development process. With new therapeutics now more difficult to discover and commercialize, everybody is looking for increasingly productive partners. The industry has extended itself around the world and the show has grown with it."
ChemOutsourcing has grown in each of the past 5 consecutive years and attracts high level chemists from the pharmaceutical, small molecule biotech, and chemical industries. More information on the 2011 show growth is found at http://tinyurl.com/3sdlbls
