Boltz joins Chervon from The Boltz Group LLC, where, as owner and president, he delivered strategy, marketing and operational expertise to retailers and manufacturers. Before launching his consultancy, Boltz served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising for The Home Depot, where he was responsible for their $25 billion hardlines business. Previously, Boltz was with Sears & Roebuck for more than 24 years, where he held roles in operations, marketing, inventory planning, merchandising and product development. Boltz holds an MBA from Northwestern-Kellogg School of Management.
