CHI AL SHAQAB Equestrian Competition To Take Place In Qatar In March 2016
DOHA, Qatar, Feb. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Al Shaqab, a member of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), is organising CHI AL SHAQAB 2016 from 2–5 March 2016 in Doha, Qatar.
The World's Number One Show Jumper Scott Brash is a confirmed entry at this prestigious annual equestrian event which is now in its fourth year and will be sponsored by ExxonMobil. Brash will compete against some of the world's highest ranking riders from the Middle East and other international riders from over 20 nations.
CHI AL SHAQAB is a significant event in the international equestrian calendar offering the highest level of competition with events in Jumping CSI 5* and CSI4*, Dressage CDI 5* and Para-Dressage. The 5* dressage event is the final opportunity for riders to gain the maximum amount of points for the Rio Olympic Individual Rider's ranking before the official cut-off date of 6th March. It also offers a record prize fund of 160,000. World's leading dressage riders will be competing in this event.
