NAPERVILLE, Ill., Nov. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CHICAGO RIVET & MACHINE CO. (NYSE-MKT - CVR)
On November 19, 2012, the Board of Directors of Chicago Rivet & Machine Co. declared a regular quarterly dividend of fifteen (15) cents per share, payable December 20, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2012.
At the same meeting, the Board of Directors also declared an extra dividend of thirty (30) cents per share, payable December 20, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2012.
