At the Annual General Meeting, shareholders
- ratified the appointment of KPMG as the independent auditors of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2014 and authorized any duly formed committee of the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditors;
- re-elected Mr. Albert Chen and Mr. Mark Chen to serve as Class A Directors of the Company until the 2016 annual general meeting of members of the Company or until their respective successors are duly appointed and qualified.
