China Digital TV to Announce Second Quarter 2011 Financial Results on August 15, 2011

BEIJING, Aug 1, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Digital TV Holding Co. Ltd. (NYSE: STV) ("China Digital TV" or "the Company"), the leading provider of conditional access ("CA") systems to China's expanding digital television market, today announced it will report its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011, after the U.S. market closes on Monday, August 15, 2011. China Digital TV's management will host an earnings conference call at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2011 U.S. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. on August 16, 2011 Beijing/Hong Kong Time).
