China Information Technology Inc. Chairs the Shenzhen City Big Data Industry and Innovation Alliance

("iASPEC Geo"), one of the Company's variable interest entities, has been elected as the Chairman of the newly launched Shenzhen City Big Data Industry and Innovation Alliance (the "Alliance").
The Alliance is sponsored by the Technology Innovation Committee of Shenzhen Government comprising numerous key enterprises of the Big Data industry in Shenzhen City.
