More than 600 exhibitors will gather in areas covering 76,000 square meters, providing one-stop purchase and negotiation services to more than 80,000 professional buyers.
The exhibition organizer has located the exhibitors across the centre's four exhibition halls and an outdoor exhibition zone in the north square which is built for the first time based on each exhibitor's area of expertise and the feedback from the 21st exhibition, making it convenient and easy for visitors to find and interact with the exhibits that interest them. Hall 2 is for the display of wedding dresses and other outfits for special occasions. Hall 3 is allocated to display of photo ensembles shot by professional photographers, apparel and accessories for children's photography, photo ensembles and the availability of franchising opportunities. The first floor underground exhibition zone for conference rooms, just next to Hall 4, is uniquely used to make marketing training and e-marketing, enabling the coupling effects between exhibitions and conferences.
High-end wedding dress brands in attendance, specially tailored outfits become popular quietly
As people in China's first-tier cities increasingly pay attention to wedding services, wedding dresses and other outfits have become the focus of soon-to-be-married couples as their most important "secret weapons". Hall 2 on the first floor at the centre attracted many renowned wedding photography equipment makers from both within and outside of China. Besides French brand Pronuptia's hand-tailored wedding dresses and FAMORY, a "China Famous Export Brand", whichwon overnight fame at the 21st exhibition, elegant outfits and lovely dinner coats are also well welcomed by photo studios. Diversity and fashion become the major purchasing considerations for photo studios. Specially tailored outfits have become a new development trend following tailored wedding dresses. Meanwhile, such enterprises as LaHair, which only conducted international marketing business before, has recently turned their focus to China's domestic market as independent brands, demonstrating the huge market potential of China's wedding market.
Photo albums and frames continue to be favored, with bullish purchasing passion among visitors
China's top photo album and frame makers will be in Hall 1 on the first floor of the centre. According to the statistics from the 21st exhibition, the demand for photo albums and frames in the wedding photography industry continues to grow, with visitors' attention rising to 35% from the past 20%. The major photo album and frame makers will launch a variety of new products, including European, modern, romantic, crystal gorgeous and 3D Stereoscopic styles in this exhibition to meet the demand of photo studios of different levels in another round of purchasing.
Display of theme photography reveals maturity of the industry's development
The theme photography exhibition area in Hall 3 on the second floor will continue its focus on traditional wedding photography, while showcasing new technologies that allow the instant production of photo samples in a move to make it substantially easier to close the sale during the first encounter with the potential client. A new array of breakthroughs and developments for wedding and portrait photography sectors will be on display. This year's exhibition will highlight portrait photos that are sought after by young people, celebrities' photo samples and animation photos that are especially appealing to those born in the 1990s. In addition, the exhibition has attracted many international wedding photography brands as well as China's photography studios, making the exhibits more diversified and international. They will go a long way in advancing the popularity, dynamics and personalization of theme photography, while attaching more importance to the quality of services and technologies as well as cost management, so as to boost the solid development of the industry.
Many events with a common theme giving added meaning to the exhibition
Many other informative and interesting events will be concurrently held, including the 2012 Kodak Professional Digital Image Forum which will discuss team execution, marketing approaches at stores and the industry's prospects in the digital era, while sharing the operating philosophy of corporate sustainability; the 2012 Today-Xifeng "Public Courses by Celebrities"; the "Applications of Fashionable Photography Language in Wedding Photography" session; "Analysis on Fashion Styling Cases"; and on-site creations by masters. In addition, exhibitors plan to hold technology communication meetings and courses covering employee performance management at photography studios, flash-free studios and self-help model at children's photography studios, as ways to cater to every aspect of the development trends across the sector.
