Choice Hotels International Declares Cash Dividend of $0.185

SILVER SPRING, Md., Sept. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading worldwide lodging company Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.185 per share of common stock.   The dividend is payable on October 12, 2012 to shareholders of record on October 2, 2012.
