As POEM aims to build knowledge and skills to improve cooperative business performance, this course is especially relevant for professionals seeking to add value through continuing education in the field of Human Resources. Certified human resources professionals must accumulate 60 hours of HR-related recertification credits to stay current. The two-part POEM program from CHS will now be able to provide 56 percent of the required 60 hours (for participants who complete both sessions).
