Chuck brings over 30 years of Marketing, Strategy and General Management experience at Fortune 100 companies to the firm while also providing powerful perspective and insights, from his client-centric background.
Chuck began his career at Quaker Oats, then PepsiCo subsequent to the companies' merger in 2001. As President, Gatorade, Chuck and his team doubled the business in less than 5 years through powerful marketing execution, highly successful line extensions, and a new product, Propel, which pioneered a whole new product category called Fitness Waters. In his position as CEO of QTG (Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade), he led the team through very challenging cost and competitive challenges, while maintaining healthy growth at both the top line and bottom line, including a successful acquisition of an emerging growth company, Naked Juice. Chuck moved to Vermont in 2009 to take the helm of Seventh Generation, a maker of environmentally friendly household cleaning and personal care products, and led a successful campaign to raise a significant infusion of new capital to support the growth needs of the business.
