Cimatron Limited (NASDAQ: CIMT), a leading provider of integrated CAD/CAM software solutions for the toolmaking and manufacturing industries, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of its ordinary shares. The total number of ordinary shares sold was 1,035,000, comprising 900,000 ordinary shares originally offered and 135,000 ordinary shares sold upon the exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option to purchase additional shares, at a price to the public of $6.00 per share. Net proceeds to Cimatron from the offering were approximately $5.8 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions, and other estimated offering expenses payable by Cimatron.
Roth Capital Partners, LLC acted as the sole manager for the offering.
The shares were offered pursuant to a registration statement previously filed with and subsequently declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
