Event participants do not have to wait on hold to be screened by operators prior to entering events. When registered participants join a call with their Universal PIN code, the registration information is automatically available in the Cinchcast Connect Studio Switchboard. This makes tracking call participants and managing live Q&A easy for the call host. It also helps save time and avoid the egregious expense associated with operator-assisted events.
- Enhanced Data Quality on Call Participant Reports:
By leveraging Universal PIN Code Access, enterprise event hosts are able to improve the data quality on information for call participants, as data is no longer subject to the interpretation and transcription of third-party operators. This data is also immediately available via CSV download.
