(NYSE: CJES) announced today that it will release its second quarter 2012 financial and operating results on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 after the market closes.  In conjunction with the release, C&J Energy Services has scheduled a conference call for 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time) on Thursday, August 9, 2012 that will be broadcast live over the Internet.  Information on how to access the call is set forth below:
