Claire's Stores, Inc. Announces Extension of Expiration Time in Previously Announced Offer to Exchange
HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., Sept. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Claire's Stores, Inc. ("Claire's Stores" or the "Company") today announced that it has extended the Expiration Time of its previously announced private offer to exchange from one minute after 11:59 P.M. New York City time, on September 13, 2016, to one minute after 11:59 P.M. New York City time, on September 14, 2016. The exchange offer to holders of Claire's Stores' 8.875% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2019, 7.750% Senior Notes due 2020 and 10.500% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2017 (collectively, the "Notes") is being made pursuant to a confidential offer to exchange statement dated August 12, 2016, as amended on August 29, 2016, and a related letter of transmittal.
As of one minute after 11:59 P.M. New York City time, on September 13, 2016, approximately $333.0 million aggregate principal amount of Notes had been tendered.
