The FBI search utilized 23 digital billboards from Clear Channel Outdoor.  Mr. Brooks is the 51st fugitive caught by the FBI in the U.S. with the help of digital billboards.

"We are pleased to take another dangerous criminal off the street, and in this case, the public campaign using digital billboards had a direct impact on the fugitive turning himself in," said Special Agent J.J. Klaver, from the FBI Office in Philadelphia.  "We want to thank our partners at Clear Channel Outdoor and others in the Philadelphia community for making our community safer today."
