Climaveneta, a DeLclima Company, Strengthens its Presence in Russia and the Middle East With Two New Subsidiaries

The operation, in line with Climaveneta's internationalisation strategy, aimed at strengthening coverage of key markets. 

Climaveneta, a DeLclima company, European leader in HVAC and HPAC, confirms its expansion strategy in markets with great potential, amounting to 9 subsidiaries and 1294 employees around the world. With more than 75% of the 2013 turnover coming from international markets, a direct presence abroad is needed to improve the company's coverage, interpret the specific needs of foreign markets and supply dedicated solutions.

Climaveneta has already been present in Russia and Dubai for many years with many challenging projects realized both in the Euroasian and the Gulf Region Countries. 

"OOO Climaveneta" is headquartered in Moscow and will have responsibility of the Russian and the Euroasian Economic Union countries. 

"Climaveneta Middle East" is headquartered in Dubai and will be responsible for the UAE, as well as the Gulf area.

Both new subsidiaries will operate as business units as well as coordinating an extensive network of distributing partners, dealers and service centres in order to ensure appropriate market coverage and customer support in their areas of responsibility.
