HINCKLEY, Ohio, Oct. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Clinical Research Management (ClinicalRM), a full-service Contract Research Organization providing services for basic and applied research, clinical trials, and regulatory support, announced today it will support prime Ke'aki Technologies, LLC with its award of CIO-SP3 contacts for both Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business categories. CIO-SP3 is a Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and has a ceiling value of $20 Billion over a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract period for each of the contracts. Ke'aki Technologies will compete for tasks on the National Institute of Health (NIH) Technology Acquisition and Assessment CIO-SP3 contract.
This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services as defined in FAR 2.101(b) and further clarified in the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. These IT solutions and services include health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.
"We're excited to be working with another exceptional team of technical and bioscience companies on this new contract. Collaboration and work teaming with other top industry providers will make for efficient and effective contract fulfillment," said Victoria Tifft, President and CEO of ClinicalRM.
Other companies partnering with Team Ke'aki Tech include 2C4 Technologies, Inc., Akimeka LLC, Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., CACI International, Inc., and Kforce Government Solutions, Inc.
The contract award numbers are HHSN316201200152W (SB) and HHSN316201200088W (SDB).
