The stunning 12-screen cinema will provide guests with 1,800 seats, the newest cinema technology, luxurious amenities, expanded concessions and a full -service Bar & Grill with extensive wine list and cocktails. Cobb Village 12 is located at the Village at Leesburg development on two levels covering 52,000 sq. ft. and will employ 90 people. The theater is designed as an entertainment destination suitable for families, a night out with friends or the perfect spot for corporate events.

Cobb Theatres will bring cutting edge technology to this location by offering:  100% Digital projection, 3D screens and D-BOX MFX Motion Seats. In addition, three VIP auditoriums will feature reserved seating with large leather rocking chairs and extra leg room.
