CODA Holdings Acquires Battery Management Systems Leader EnergyCS

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CODA Holdings, a California based developer of electric vehicles, EV propulsion systems and stationary energy storage applications, announced that it had acquired EnergyCS, a leading developer of battery management systems (BMS).

Located just 30 miles east of CODA's Los Angeles headquarters in Monrovia, EnergyCS brings many assets to the merger including high voltage management and isolation detection, optimized circuit and wiring design, an adaptable base architecture and long-term performance management of battery systems.
