In this role, Ms. Jones will be responsible for developing and leading Codeup's growth initiatives. Prior to Codeup, Ms. Jones served in a variety of technical management roles at Rackspace, the Managed Cloud Company. Most recently, Ms. Jones was responsible for Workforce Planning and Organization Development within the Engine Room Department of Rackspace. She developed processes, tools and frameworks to assist Rackspace's globally-distributed management team in improving outcomes for over 2,500 of Rackspace's employees.
