Cogent Growth Partners Advises Charlie Ross in the Acquisition of Welsh Consulting

NEW YORK, Oct. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Cogent Growth Partners, LLC (Cogent) announced today that they advised Charlie Ross, of Smithfield, Rhode Island, on his recently announced acquisition of Welsh Consulting in Boston effective October 1st.  Ross, a twenty-year veteran of the IT Services industry, was most recently the Chief Operating Officer for Technical Support International (TSI) of Foxboro, MA.  Welsh Consulting is an IT consulting firm providing computer services, strategy, and support to greater Boston area businesses. It was founded by Gary Welsh in 1984.
