Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty Expands Through Merger With EGA Homes

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., Dec. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty, serving the greater Rancho Cucamonga area, today announced its merger with EGA Homes to expand the Coldwell Banker brand into Riverside, California. Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty is now co-owned by Kelli and Vance Vanevenhoven, and Ruben and Jennifer Hernandez.

The former EGA Homes office, located at 4210 Riverwalk Parkway, will now be the second Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty office. Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty now has more than 110 independent sales associates serving the Inland Empire area.

EGA Homes has served the Riverside area for seven years, specializing in assisting military personnel and their families with the dream of homeownership.
