"The Zund team has built a stellar reputation with the clients we've worked with over the last three decades and joining CBC Alliance will allow us to provide a superior suite of services with an even greater reach and scope than ever before. The prospects for long-term success with the CBC Alliance team are exceptional and we look forward to playing a key role in this company's continuous ascension into a major player in both the Manhattan and national markets."
Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance was launched in New York City in August 2012 by Waterfall Asset Management (Waterfall). Since then, the firm has continued to grow with the launch of Los Angeles, Orange County Calif. and Denver, CO offices. The Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance firm is an independently owned and operated affiliate of the Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) franchise system.
Obie Walli, CEO for the entire Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance organization adds, "When we first launched this office, our goal was to quickly grow the operation and establish it as both the flagship location for the CBC Alliance organization and a powerhouse in New York City commercial real estate. With the addition of the Zund team on board, we remain on the path towards achieving both of those goals."
