DENVER, June 3, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Many of the 64 graduating seniors from Insight School of Colorado (ISCO), a tuition-free, online public school serving students in grades 6-12, will gather in-person to celebrate their accomplishments on Saturday, June 4.
Events like graduation bring the online community closer by allowing students, parents and teachers to come together in celebration. ISCO offers a comprehensive education approach designed to inspire students to work hard and succeed. The school combines engaging web-based lessons, live online learning sessions, and support from experienced teachers and counselors. The school has recently adopted a Career Academy – offering students exploratory courses in 8 different pathways in Business, Healthcare, and IT career areas.
Using the award-winning K12 curriculum, the ISCO team of teachers, advisors, counselors and administrators helps students succeed academically, connect high school to post-secondary goals, and move toward high school graduation.
Students will be addressed by Principal Valerie Perciante and Teacher Beth Vasquez during the ceremony. Many ISCO graduates are planning to attend prestigious colleges and universities such as Brigham Young University, California Polytechnic, Denver University, Johnson and Wales, UCCS, HOFSTRA University, Colorado State University and the University of Colorado at Boulder and Denver.
