Also makes new senior leadership appointment for strategic business development

CombineNet's expanded management team will further develop and execute on the company's best-of-breed strategy for CombineNet ASAP (Advanced Sourcing Application Platform), its web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) offering that helps companies get more spend under management by speeding and simplifying the sourcing process for all spend areas and by complementing existing sourcing and procurement suite investments.
Michael Brak joins CombineNet as Senior Vice President of Sales, North America. Mr. Brak brings 17 years of experience in sales leadership for emerging and high-growth software companies, including several that resulted in acquisitions and one that led to a successful IPO. He most recently worked as Senior Vice President of Sales at Landslide Technologies, a leading provider of SaaS-based Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation solutions. His background also includes sales leadership positions at TrueCommerce, Inc., CLUBCOM, and ServiceWare Inc.
Alan Himler has joined as Vice President of Product Management. Mr. Himler has over 20 years of experience in product management, business development, and executive leadership roles in the technology industry. For the past several years, he has delivered expert product consulting and strategy services to a broad list of software clients. He has served in executive management roles at eBillingHub, SOA Software, Logic Library, Emprise Technologies, and Legent Corporation, which was acquired by Computer Associates.
Jennifer Sikora has joined as Senior Director of Marketing. Ms. Sikora brings 15 years of technology marketing experience to her role in leading marketing strategy and programs at CombineNet. Her background spans start-up, high-growth, and publicly held companies, most recently as marketing campaign director for data integration products at Oracle, which acquired GoldenGate Software, where she led and grew field marketing for over four years. Prior employers include iCarnegie, SmartOps, and Cerebellum Software.
Dean Arnold will now lead partnership and executive-level sales strategies as Vice President of Strategic Business Development, building on his past five years in driving successful sales and channel revenue growth as CombineNet's VP of Sales. Mr. Arnold possesses 30 years of experience in technology sector sales, management, product development, and operations for major corporations including IBM and Oracle, and early-stage firms InfoSage, Stargate, and IQS.
