Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

IRVING, Texas, March 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents per share on common stock to stockholders of record on April 1, 2011.  The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2011.

This is the 186th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial Metals Company.
