Common Interest Communities installs and operates custom built, touchscreen Smart TV consoles with life operating systems directly into buildings and housing units for students. The Student Link System transforms the operations of student housing, opening up new revenue streams including: advertising, travel, events, content, games, movies and book sales. Students are linked to each other, their neighborhood and their needs through the system's easy to use applications. Content is student-specific and updated daily to appeal to the student throughout the entire semester. Features such as Nurse Call, Family Direct and Panic add additional safety to student life all for an affordable monthly fee.
"We have developed the only student housing operating system because it's not enough anymore to just put students in a building with a few amenities and call it student housing. This is the next level," said Philip Marley, Founder and CEO of Common Interest Communities. "We are committed to providing a system that maximizes productivity, neighborhood and allows students to manage their ever-changing safety, social and academic demands."
Increased demand for college housing, combined with increased competition for students and higher funding costs, demand a higher level of student experience and operating efficiency. The Student Link System represents increased cash flow and higher yield to the student housing operators and landlords.
