CPA ranked 7th among small employers (50-100 employees) this year, its highest ranking to date. After discovering the extent of the toll student loan debt was taking on a large percentage of its staff, CPA partnered with Boston-based Gradifi to offer a student loan repayment program that includes employer contributions. CPA also worked with state legislators to create legislation that would increase the program's impact.
