(NYSE: HUM), has expanded its customer base and reach with the acquisition of the assets of Immediate Medical Care Center, P.A. ("IMCC"). With the addition of IMCC's Parsippany and Chester, N.J. sites, this acquisition expands Concentra's footprint to 13 locations in New Jersey.

Serving the community for nearly 30 years, IMCC has been a well-established provider of efficient and effective urgent care and occupational health services to the private patient and employer community.  The two centers will now operate under the Concentra name, offering urgent care and occupational health services, as well as physical therapy, preventive care, wellness and health education services to current and new patients and employers. Most of the existing IMCC medical staff, providers, and non-medical personnel have been retained, building on their tenure with the organization and the long-standing relationships they have developed within the surrounding communities.
