Racca has a wealth of experience in the technology industry and recently served as president and CEO of BurstPoint Networks. Prior to BurstPoint, he held several executive positions, including at Hewlett-Packard's ProCurve division, which he joined as part of the acquisition of Colubris Networks. He also held key executive positions at Chantry Networks (acquired by Siemens), Digital Equipment Corporation, Avid Technology, Proteon, and Prime Computer.
