Connecture Expands Wisconsin Operations Amid Continued Growth and Recruitment of New Employees Growth prompts Connecture to enter into a 10-year lease to increase the size of its headquarters by more than 40 percent
WAUKESHA, Wis., June 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Connecture, Inc., the leader in sales automation technology for the health insurance industry, today announced that the company further solidified its commitment to Wisconsin by entering into a 10-year lease with CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. that will increase the footprint of Connecture's headquarters by more than 40 percent.
Together with Governor Scott Walker, Connecture announced in February 2012 the relocation of its headquarters to Wisconsin and its commitment to create 105 jobs over a three-year period. Since that announcement Connecture's job growth has significantly exceeded expectations, solidifying the need for new space and reinforcing the company's decision to move its headquarters to Wisconsin.
"In less than a year, we have accomplished more than half of our three-year Wisconsin job creation commitment and we have no intention of slowing down. Connecture's technology will play a key role in the future of healthcare in the United States and it's imperative that we continue to attract and retain the best talent at all of our locations," said Connecture President Dan Maynard. "Not only are we on a tremendous growth trajectory, but our stability and position as a market leader affords us the opportunity to make a significant long-term commitment to the state of Wisconsin."
To accommodate its fast-paced growth, Connecture will move its Wisconsin operations to the Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center in Brookfield. The company also continues to grow and hire at its facilities in Atlanta and Farmington, Conn.
"On behalf of CORE Realty's ownership group, Hammes Company is excited that Connecture has chosen the Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center for the location of its new headquarters," said Hammes Company Asset Manager Andrew Weltcheff. "Connecture's decision to join existing market leading firms at Brookfield Lakes is a strong testimony to the desirability of the professional atmosphere of this 158-acre master planned development."
