LOS ANGELES, Sept. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading digital media company ConsumerTrack has launched a new, innovative perk this month, offering financial assistance to employees with student loan debt.
ConsumerTrack, with marketplace lender SoFi, will now be offering $50 monthly contributions to employees with one-year tenure and $100 monthly contributions to employees with two or more years of employment with the company. In addition, the program offers loan refinancing to lower interest rates as an increased savings for employees.
"The idea of implementing an awesome perk like the Student Loan Assistance Program was to ease employees' minds about crushing student loan debt and to help them improve their financial well-being," said Tanya Bustamante, ConsumerTrack's Human Resources Director. "We also look forward to key benefits like this to increase our employee loyalty and to retain and attract great talent."
This new program is one of the many benefits and perks ConsumerTrack employees have access to. In addition to offering a complimentary gym membership and wages above the 90th percentile in the industry, ConsumerTrack contributes more than 95 percent for health benefit premiums, a 401k matching plan and recently launched a "work from home" program.
ConsumerTrack's employee base has doubled since December 2015 and is looking to expand by another 20 employees by the end of the year. To accommodate this growth, the company's Bethlehem, Pa., office just celebrated a new move into a larger office, and the Los Angeles headquarters will be transitioning into a much larger space by the end of 2016.
ConsumerTrack currently has several open positions across all teams. For details:
