This Share Exchange Agreement will provide a new direction and management for Converde and its Shareholders as well as renewed value.
Mr. Brad Domitrovitsch is the new Chairman, CEO and majority shareholder of Converde. Mr. Domitrovitsch states, "We are happy to announce that Converde's state filings are now current.
