Convergence Technologies, Inc., parent of Core BTS, Inc., names Edison Peres as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors
GARDEN CITY, N.Y., April 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Convergence Technologies, Inc. ("CTi"), parent of Core BTS, Inc. ("Core"), a growing IT systems integrator, is pleased to announce today the appointment of Edison Peres as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Peres is a veteran technology industry leader, having most recently served as a Senior Vice President at Cisco Systems, including 6 years leading World Wide Channels. Prior to his 14 total years at Cisco, Mr. Peres also served in positions at Texas Instruments, AT&T, Lucent/Avaya. In addition to his role as Vice-Chairman, Mr. Peres will also assist Core management in an advisory capacity.
