On November 25, 2010 the Board of Directors implemented Phase I of their transparency plan by retaining Chris K. Davies, Esq. as counsel to prepare the initial disclosure statement and opinion letter for Pink Sheets. On Wednesday, December 1, 2010 the Board of Directors submitted all required documents and fees with Pink Sheets in an effort to bring the Company's financial and operational information current. The Board is pleased to announce that as of December 10, 2010 all documents have been reviewed and accepted as "Current Information" by Pink Sheets.
