(NYSE: IM) to deliver 4G Network Failover to the Retail Industry. The alliance will utilize the Sprint 4G network in combination with CradlePoint's industry leading 4G router and new Business-Grade Data Modem as a complete solution to be distributed to IT VARS in the U.S. using the services of Ingram Micro's Mobility Division.
