CHICAGO, Feb. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Monal Patel has joined Credico as a human resource business partner for its North American offices. In her position, Patel is responsible for aligning business objectives with Credico employees and management teams.
The newly created role will help monitor Credico's rapid internal growth over the past two years. Patel's HR responsibilities extend to Credico's U.S. and Canada offices which employs more than 50 corporate employees. The network of employees has expanded as client campaigns and markets have steadily increased and new selling territories are tested.
Patel is tasked to maintain Credico's strong company culture and diverse workforce that has kept Credico's retention rates high since its inception in 2010.

Prior to joining Credico North America, Patel worked for Edelman and spent seven years at Marketing Werks in the human resources department. At Marketing Werks, Patel implemented key initiatives such as a new performance management model and a company-wide training and development program. Patel will collaborate with Credico's legal department to ensure its processes and procedures are aligned with Credico's corporate values.
