Designed to recognize credit union executives under 40 who are working to better the industry's future, the program includes an online mentoring component that helps young professionals and more seasoned executives to share experiences and learn from each other.
"We at Credit Union Times love to highlight up-and-coming credit union professionals, who will eventually be running the community," Publisher/Editor-in-Chief Sarah Snell Cooke said. "It is both great and frustrating to have so many outstanding young professionals to recognize for the creative problem solving and hard work for the betterment of the industry."

- Michael Bell, attorney with Howard & Howard
- Patrick Basler, President/CEO, First Financial Credit Union
- Nathan Schmidt, Executive Vice President, Marketing and Business Development, San Diego County Credit Union
