Dr. Rychlik has more than 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with sponsor and service companies of various sizes, including large, global organizations such as Pfizer, Novartis, and Parexel, as well as virtual, small, and mid-sized enterprises.  Dr. Rychlik's most recent position was Managing Director with MRCD Pharma Services Ltd in the United Kingdom, and prior to that he served as Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer for various organizations. His therapeutic expertise is closely aligned with CROMSOURCE's key areas of focus and expertise, namely Oncology, Ophthalmology, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, CNS, and Medical Devices.
