Crothall Breaks Ground to Build Its First Green Laundry Facility

WAYNE, Pa., Aug. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Crothall Laundry Services, a division of Crothall Healthcare, has announced that it has signed a build-to-suit lease for an 82,950-square-foot building on a 5.64-acre site located in the Creekside Corporate Park, Oak Creek, WI, to be used as a central laundry processing facility. The building will be developed by CenterPoint Properties.
