Crothall Laundry Services Acquires Mayflower Textile - Belcamp Plant

Acquisition expands Crothall's presence in the Mid-Atlantic

WAYNE, Pa., Feb. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Crothall Laundry Services, an operating division of Crothall Healthcare, announced its acquisition of the Belcamp, Maryland, plant of Mayflower Textile, a high-quality provider of healthcare and hospitality linen services operating in the Mid-Atlantic region. The transaction was finalized on December 28, 2012.

Mayflower has been operating for eight years under President and CEO Mukul Mehta. The 120 employees at its high-tech Belcamp plant provide textile services for customers across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
