Crowe Horwath LLP Focuses on Growth with CRM for Professionals™

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Crowe Horwath LLP, one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the U.S., successfully implemented customer relationship management (CRM) program, CRM for Professionals™. The program was developed by Templeton Solutions using Microsoft Dynamics® CRM exclusively for use in professional services firms.

Templeton Solutions kicked off the project in September 2012, and completed final testing and training in July 2013. The project was completed on schedule and on budget.
