LAKE FOREST, Calif., Aug. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Crummack Huseby Property Management was hired by the builder Etco Homes as the financial management firm for Millbrook Estates Homeowners Association, in Rancho Cucamonga and as the HOA management company for Taylor Morrison's Vista Del Mar in Carlsbad.
Millbrook Estates, an equestrian community which closed its first escrows in June 2012, will receive financial services, including forward planning, budget forecasting and cash analysis to assist the new Board of Directors in making sound and healthy financial decisions.
Thu Nguyen, newly appointed as Vice President of Finance for Crummack Huseby, is responsible for monitoring the financial position of the non-profit homeowner's associations managed by Crummack Huseby, including Millbrook Estates. Her role is establishing and supervising financial policies and procedures, implementing financial guidelines to ensure proper internal and external recording, reporting all transactions and ensuring that all accounting procedures are in accordance with industry trends. In addition, she oversees the DRE Budget Services for the company and is heading up the newly formed Financial Services Division, providing financial only services to HOAs and businesses.
The certified community association manager assigned to Vista Del Mar is Crummack Huseby's newly appointed Director of Developer Services, Denise Gibbs. Her deep-seated understanding of the building industry stems from her longstanding experience in early stages of master planning and entitlements, DRE budgets and processing, maintaining site development and budgets, establishing new development and legal documentation. It is her hands-on approach that has won her praise from her colleagues and peers alike. This July, she received the prestigious (CACM) Vision Award through the California Association of Community Managers in the Physical Management Level 2 category for her on-going efforts dealing with slope remediation.
Vista Del Mar is one of many associations that Crummack Huseby manages in North San Diego County. Although Vista Del Mar will not close its first escrows until October of 2012, Crummack Huseby will handle a great deal at the onset of the contract. Such services include DRE processing, bond tracking, customized management plans, implementation of preventative maintenance programs and architectural review services, website support, community events and educational services.
Crummack Huseby will guide Visa Del Mar through the process of community association common area turnovers and transitioning from builder control to homeowner governance when the time comes.
