PADUCAH, Ky., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.095 per share (post split basis) payable on June 25, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2010. The dividend amount represents an indicated annual dividend rate of $0.38 per share taking into consideration the two-for-one stock split in the form of a stock dividend paid on April 30, 2010.
