CSX Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Earlier today, the Board of Directors of CSX Corporation (NYSE: CSX) approved a $0.12 per share quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 29, 2012.
