WASHINGTON, May 1, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- After President Obama named Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Commissioner Mignon Clyburn as acting Chairwoman, CTIA-The Wireless Association® President and CEO Steve Largent issued the following statement:
