WASHINGTON, May 1, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/-- After President Obama nominated Tom Wheeler as Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman, CTIA-The Wireless Association® President and CEO Steve Largent issued the following statement:
